I can agree with checking your food before leaving, although some employees may find it offensive- there are more than one person working on an order to make it fast food, and it's just easier to be sure.
When they get slammed I'm sure it's easy for them to fall behind but only once I had to wait long and they explained, apologized and even gave me a free burger coupon, they were very kind.
But more than a couple times myself and friends have gotten expired food and it's more when it comes to the nuggets or fries.
Also a lot of crew changes, I'm sure, but over all pretty good for a quick thing to grab.
Also!! Bacon breakfast sandwiches, I recommend saying American bacon, my friend and I always get ham!
