Called to get information on having a septic problem looked at. The person that took my call wouldn't even let me finish my first sentence before I was told no. Finally after explaining the problem with the septic not working correctly with the leach field, they stated they would not do anything unless they already knew ahead of time what the problem was and they would not diagnose the issue. For someone like myself who knows there is a problem, but not what is causing it or how to fix it, I felt the treatment I received on the phone was far less than professional and left me still at the start with not knowing who to call to fix it.
